Background: An adventurous Greek boy, Aetos made his place in the world by setting up a small, yet successful trade business throughout the Mediterranean. His education and sword skills come from traveling throughout the Ottoman Empire and Europe.

Personality: Aetos is loyal, respectful, and good natured. He tries to do the right and honorable thing in a given situation. He is focused, but can be headstrong and stubborn at times.

Weapon: Aetos weilds a shamshir made of Damascus steel. Damascus steel has legendary sharpness and strength to a point where weapons made of it can cut through lesser steel, even rock.

Style: Aetos fights with an unnamed style. He likes to “combo” his slashes and strokes to keep momentum and give himself a fluid style of fighting. He likes to incorporate acrobatic moves and the enviornment into his attacks for dodging and distractions.
The shape of the shamshir compliments his style. The curve of his sword allows it to slide when it strikes or is blocked, allowing Aetos to keep momentum and power. The curve, even though makes it hard to stab or thrust from the front, also allows Aetos to stab from an angle, allowing him to get around guards and is effective against unexpecting enemies.

Extras/Notes: Although the Damascus steel is extremely strong and can cut through many materials, it doesn’t mean it will cut through other metals. If you are facing Aetos in a duel, you don’t have to have your weapon destroyed in the duel.
